3. Carrier Handoff with Full Documentation

Each shipment is tendered to UPS or FedEx with a declared value matching your full order amount. Tracking number emailed to you at the time of pickup.

4. Signature-Required Delivery

Every GoldBuller precious metals shipment requires an adult signature at delivery. Drivers are instructed not to leave packages at the door. If you miss the delivery, you can redirect to a UPS/FedEx location for pickup.

Signature-required delivery prevents porch theft — drivers will not leave the package. If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, this triggers a carrier investigation and insurance claim.

How do I know my shipment is properly insured?

When you receive your shipping confirmation, the declared value matches your full order amount. You can request a copy of the carrier receipt at any time by contacting support@goldbuller.com.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

UPS and FedEx will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After 3 attempts, the package is held at the nearest carrier facility for 5–7 days. You can also redirect in-flight packages via UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager.
